A one-time setup fee is followed by a monthly service fee. The setup fee is normally split 50% at kickoff and 50% when the solution is ready for launch. Monthly plans have a three-month minimum. Monthly fees are invoiced on the agreed date; automatic billing is used only if a separate payment method is enabled and authorized.
Plans are based on the number and complexity of workflows and integrations. We confirm fit during the audit; projects beyond the listed limits are scoped and quoted separately.

AI/model usage and third-party platform charges depend on the providers and usage required by the agreed workflow. The proposal will state what is included, any usage allowance and who pays provider charges. Usage beyond an agreed allowance may require approval and a separate charge.
Project-specific deliverables and your business data are handed over after agreed fees are paid, as defined in the proposal. Third-party tools and reusable components remain subject to their own licences and terms.
